We understand that it can sometimes be confusing and difficult for patients to file their insurance claims. Our insurance specialist files up to two insurance companies for the patient. We follow-up with the insurance companies until the correct amount is paid. We then bill the patient for the remaining balance, if any, and only after we have received insurance payment. We continually work with health insurance companies to provide service to as many patients as possible. The VDC is a participating provider in the following health plans.
